Through the Al Mawroth program, in collaboration with Emirates Foundation, young Emiratis step into the rhythms of their ancestors. They learn the patience of pearl diving, the discipline of sailing, and the trust that comes when every role matters, carrying forward the wisdom of tradition. These are the very skills that shaped our community in the past and continue to nurture a new generation with humility, discipline, and shared purpose.

Through our inclusive football initiative with the UAE ProLeague and Ma’an, senior citizens and People of Determination are breaking barriers, competing, and celebrating the game as equals. The pitch transforms into a space of belonging, where true victory lies not in goals scored but in the bonds we create together. Former national team players coach from the touchline, translating experience into mentorship. On this pitch, community sets the terms.

At the Mubadala ACCESS Centre, the laboratories of NYU Abu Dhabi open new windows into our natural world, and the Arabian Gulf becomes a living classroom.
